Where this comes from
We come from MSP backgrounds. We have sat in the vCIO seat, had the pricing conversations, inherited the spreadsheets, and been on the other side of a client asking why their bill changed. The problems ClarityCalc is built to solve are problems we encountered firsthand — in customer conversations, team implementations, and the unglamorous work of untangling years of ad hoc service logic on the backend.
The tools for tickets, agreements, and invoicing are mature. The tools for thinking clearly about what you actually sell — and whether it is priced and packaged to support a healthy business — are not. ClarityCalc is being built to close that gap.
