Generate a Service Delivery Summary for internal delivery teams

The Service Delivery Summary is an internal operations handoff document showing the full plan breakdown: costs, margins, vendors, quantities, and which line items appear on the client-facing Statement of Work. Use it for implementation, technical alignment documentation, and service delivery team briefings. This document is not designed for client distribution.

Before you begin

You must be able to open the target plan.

Steps

1. Open the target plan.
2. In the top-right action area, select Plan Documents.
3. Select Service Delivery Summary.
4. Review the Plan Overview section for the plan status, dates, MRR, cost, and gross margin.
5. Review the line items grouped under packages, direct bundles, and direct catalog items.
6. Use the On SOW column to see whether each line is currently included on the client-facing Statement of Work. This is valuable for the team to know whether or not the client is aware of the tool.
7. Select Open print view.
8. Use your browser's print dialog if you want a printed copy or a PDF for internal use.

What to watch for

• The Service Delivery Summary includes all plan items, even items that are hidden from the client-facing Statement of Work. You can compare internal scope directly to what the client sees.
• The document includes internal-only details: vendor names, costs, margins, and internal notes. Don't share this with clients.
• The print view is formatted for browser print or Save as PDF. Use your browser's standard print mechanics to get a file.
